How It Works (Director to Maker Workflow)

Funeral directors can place orders directly with us on behalf of a family, or simply introduce us and allow the family to contact us themselves. We are flexible and will work in whatever way best suits your process.

Once an order is confirmed, we send a secure ashes collection kit either to your office or directly to the family, depending on your preference. The kit includes clear instructions and tracked return packaging.

When the ashes are returned to us, the jewellery is handcrafted in our Scottish workshop. Each piece is made to order and carefully finished before being sent via tracked delivery either back to your office or directly to the family.

Our typical turnaround time is approximately two weeks from receiving the ashes. We communicate clearly throughout and are always available if clarification is needed.

Professional Support

We are pleased to support local funeral directors who wish to offer a trusted memorial jewellery option to the families they serve. Orders can be placed directly by your firm, and we can tailor the process to suit your internal procedures.
