Welcome to True North Forge. By accessing or using our website (www.TrueNorthForge.co.uk) and purchasing from us, you agree to the following Terms of Service.

1. General Terms
True North Forge is a UK-based jewellery brand specialising in handcrafted rings, memorial jewellery, and bespoke designs.
By placing an order, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old or have consent from a parent or guardian.
All items are made to order. Production times may vary depending on the materials and level of customisation.

2. Orders and Payment
All prices are listed in GBP (£) and include UK taxes. Prices may change without notice.
We accept major credit and debit cards, PayPal, and other secure payment options at checkout.
You will receive an email confirmation after placing your order. If you do not receive confirmation, please check your spam folder or contact us at hello@TrueNorthForge.co.uk.
Bespoke and engraved jewellery is final sale and cannot be cancelled or returned once production has begun.

3. Shipping and Delivery
We provide free Royal Mail Tracked Delivery for all UK orders.
International shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on Royal Mail rates.
Handmade jewellery usually takes 16 days to craft before dispatch. Memorial jewellery and certain designs may require additional time.
International buyers are responsible for import taxes, duties, and customs fees.

4. Returns, Refunds and Exchanges
Because our jewellery is bespoke, returns are only accepted for defective or faulty items.
We provide a free ring sizer with every order to help ensure the correct fit. If a ring does not fit, we offer a remake at 50% of the original price once the incorrect ring is returned.
Memorial jewellery containing ashes or hair cannot be returned due to its custom nature.

5. Intellectual Property
All designs, images, logos, and content on this website belong to True North Forge and may not be copied, reproduced, or used without prior written permission.

6. Liability and Disclaimers
Each piece is handmade, so slight variations in colour, finish, and inlay may occur.
Our metals are hypoallergenic, but please review our Jewellery Care Guide for best practices.
We work hard to keep our website accurate and available but are not responsible for errors, downtime, or external links.

7. Amendments and Contact
We reserve the right to update or amend these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will take effect immediately once posted.
