I would totally recommend using True North Forge for memorial jewellery. I purchased the Pandora charm with engraving on the back. I also ordered the small resin heart as an additional purchase. The customer care was excellent and the charm and heart are beautiful, and the way in which they were packaged was beautiful. The ashes that were not used for these 2 items was also respectfully returned. Excellent value for money and quality

The Ring and the experience was honestly otherworldly, I can't recommend highly enough. Everyone that's seen the ring can't believe how good it looks and how well crafted it is.

I wanted to shop locally and was really glad to find True North Forge. The rings I chose for us came within a month and look great! We just exchanged them yesterday and the type of ring I got was a surprise for my partner, but he really likes it. Lovely touch to be able to add an engraving for him too. The communication leading up to the purchase was really good too. Felt personal and Katie helped with my questions well and put my mind at ease with some concerns about size.

Rings are great. My partner didn't want a wedding ring till he saw one on your site. He really likes the blasted court shape ring. I wanted a damascus steel ring the moment I saw them. I finally decided on the Crynoch pattern. Lovely.

Thank you to Katie and Graeme for creating a memorial ring that’s more than a ring, it’s such a wonderfully beautiful piece of jewellery that holds so many great and cherished memories.

Katie answered all questions and queries quickly and made a bespoke ring even more personal by working with me to copy a real paw print and scaling this for engraving and helping me work through a bespoke copper background colour. Graeme’s craftsmanship is outstanding and even allowing for a semi court finish of the edges.

The whole process of free ring sizing and ashes, fur and sand collection was smooth. The final packaging was also very thoughtful and respectful for returning those precious items.
