By placing an order through our website, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to these Store Policies

Order Cancellation

We begin crafting your bespoke piece within a few days of your order being placed. If you wish to cancel, please contact us as soon as possible at hello@truenorthforge.co.uk.

Once crafting has begun, cancellations may not be possible due to the custom nature of our jewellery

Ring Sizing

We’re happy to send a complimentary metal ring sizer with your order if needed. We’ll hold production until you confirm your final size to ensure the best possible fit.

Please note that ring sizing can vary depending on temperature, time of day, and personal preference. Our sizers are intended as a guide, and the final size selected remains the customer’s responsibility.

The option to be measured by a jeweller - internal diameter needed

The option to send us an existing ring for accurate measurement

Calliper readings from fixed metal gauges

We cannot accept sizes from flexible plastic sizers or adjustable multi-ring sizers due to inaccuracy.

Our forged rings cannot be resized after production. If your ring doesn’t fit despite following our sizing guidance, we offer a remake at 50% of the original cost within 14 days of purchase.

Full refunds are only available if the piece is found to be defective

Repolishing Service

We offer a repolishing service for True North Forge rings to refresh the finish and reduce signs of wear from everyday use.

Cost: £40

Includes return UK shipping, you will be responsible for shipping to us.

Available exclusively for rings originally made by True North Forge

Service is arranged via private link once discussed with us

Turnaround times may vary depending on workload and finish type

To arrange a repolish, contact us before sending your ring so we can confirm suitability and next steps.

Memorial Jewellery

Due to the highly personal nature of memorial jewellery, we do not accept returns. Please double-check all details before placing your order, including:

Ring size

Engraving preferences

Visible or hidden ashes

Any leftover ashes will be returned with your completed jewellery. Minor colour variations may occur, but we always aim for a stunning, high-quality finish.

Bespoke Handmade Items

Every piece is handcrafted to your specifications. Please review and confirm all measurements, inlays, and engraving details before ordering. Once production begins, changes or cancellations cannot be made.

Returns Policy

All pieces are inspected before dispatch. We cannot accept returns if:

The ring has been scratched, dented, or damaged after delivery

The wrong size was ordered (see sizing guide)

Refunds or replacements are only issued if an item is faulty.

Shipping Information

We offer free UK shipping on all orders via Royal Mail Tracked Delivery.

Production Time

Standard handmade rings & jewellery: 16 days from order to completion

If awaiting ring size confirmation: add up to 7 days

Memorial & Superconductor jewellery: longer due to complexity

Delivery Timeframes

UK: 1-2 days after dispatch

Express UK Shipping: Available at checkout (delivery within 7 days from completion)
