Welcome to True North Forge, where we aim to provide you with an exceptional shopping experience. Every piece we create is made with care, craftsmanship, and dedication to quality.

Our store policies are designed to be fair, transparent, and customer-friendly to ensure you feel confident in every purchase.

Order Cancellation

We begin crafting your bespoke piece within just a few days of your order being placed. If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible at hello@truenorthforge.co.uk

Once crafting has begun, cancellations may not be possible due to the custom nature of our jewellery.

Ring Sizing

At True North Forge, we’re dedicated to ensuring your ring fits perfectly.

To make the process easier, we offer a free ring sizer with every order. We’ll hold your order until you confirm that you’re happy with your size.

If you already own a well-fitting ring, you can send it to us for accurate measurement. We also accept caliper readings of internal measurements or sizes from fixed metal ring gauges.

❌ Please Note: We do not accept measurements from flexible ring sizers or adjustable multi-ring sizers as they are often inaccurate.

If your ring doesn’t fit after following our sizing guidance, we offer a remake at 45% of the original cost (plus postage) once the ring is returned to us.

✅ Full refunds are only available if the piece is found to be defective.

Memorial Jewellery

Due to the highly personal and bespoke nature of memorial jewellery, we do not accept returns on these pieces.

We encourage customers to double-check all details before placing an order, including:
✔ Ring size
✔ Engraving preferences
✔ Choice of visible or hidden ashes

Any leftover ashes will be returned to you with your completed jewellery to ensure every part is handled respectfully.

Since every piece is handcrafted, minor colour variations may occur, but we always strive for a stunning, high-quality finish.

Bespoke Handmade Items

Each True North Forge piece is custom-made to your specifications, making it unique and special.

As a result, we ask customers to double-check their chosen measurements, inlays, and engravings before confirming an order, as we cannot make changes after crafting has begun.

Returns Policy

Every piece of jewellery undergoes a thorough quality inspection before dispatch.

We cannot accept returns if:

  • The ring has been scratched, dented, or damaged after being received.
  • The wrong size was ordered (please refer to our ring sizing policy).

✅ Refunds or replacements will only be issued if an item is found to be faulty.

Shipping Information

We are pleased to offer free UK shipping on all orders!

All jewellery is sent via Royal Mail Tracked Delivery for secure and reliable service.

🕒 Production Time:

  • Handmade rings and jewellery typically take 16 days from order to completion.
  • If we are waiting for your ring size confirmation, this may add an additional 7 days.
  • Memorial Jewellery & Superconductor Jewellery require additional time due to their complexity.

🚚 Delivery Timeframes:

  • UK Orders: 1-2 days after dispatch
  • Express UK Shipping: Available at checkout (delivery within 7 days from completion)
  • International Orders: Shipping fees calculated at checkout based on Royal Mail International Tracked Service
