At True North Forge, we craft our rings and pendants to last a lifetime. Our metals, including Titanium, Damascus Steel, and Stainless Steel, are hypoallergenic, rust-resistant, and will not tarnish. They are safe for everyday wear and can be removed in an emergency for your peace of mind.
Are Your Rings Handmade?
Absolutely! Every ring is meticulously crafted from raw materials and shaped by hand to create something truly unique. We are proud to share our process with you—follow us on Facebook and Instagram for behind-the-scenes glimpses into our workshop and live crafting sessions.
Custom Engraving – Personalise Your Jewellery
Add a personal touch to your ring with our engraving service, which is free on most rings and necklaces. We can engrave up to 26 characters, including dates, initials, Roman numerals, or a special icon.
We also offer handwriting engraving—preserve a loved one's actual handwriting on a ring or pendant for a deeply meaningful keepsake. Our default engraving font is Calibri, but if you have another preference, please contact us.
Engraving is only available for rings and jewellery made by True North Forge.
Memorial Jewellery – Sending Ashes or Hair
If you're ordering memorial jewellery, we provide a free ashes collection kit, dispatched within three business days of your order. This kit includes:
✔ A measuring spoon
✔ A secure ashes bag
✔ A prepaid tracked return envelope for easy sending via Royal Mail
This ensures safe handling and peace of mind throughout the process.
Can I Use Hair or Fur Instead of Ashes?
Yes! We can create memorial jewellery with hair or fur instead of ashes. However, please note that in some designs, hair or fur may not be visible, as certain pieces are specifically crafted for cremation ashes.
How Should I Care for My Memorial Jewellery?
Proper care helps preserve the beauty and longevity of your piece. We recommend:
- Keeping it away from harsh chemicals
- Removing it before swimming or showering
- Cleaning with a soft cloth
