Yes. We offer an Express Production Upgrade for £50 on eligible items. This service prioritises your order within our workshop schedule and aims to complete your jewellery within approximately 7 days, UK only and available at checkout

No. Rings cannot usually be resized, which is why we strongly recommend confirming your size before production begins using our free ring sizer service. We can remake the ring at a 50% discount. Please contact us to arrange this.

Most rings are handmade to order and dispatched in approximately 16-18 days. More complex bespoke designs may occasionally take slightly longer.

Yes. We can incorporate cremation ashes, hair or pet fur into selected memorial jewellery designs. If ordering ashes jewellery within the UK, we can also provide a complimentary ashes collection kit.

A base colour sits beneath the opal within the inlay channel and influences the final appearance of the opal. The same opal can look quite different depending on the base colour chosen.

Yes. We offer selected designs where plain precious metal wedding bands can be incorporated into a handmade ring.

Yes. We offer a professional repolishing service for True North Forge rings to help restore the original finish and reduce signs of everyday wear.
