Welcome to True North Forge – creators of unique, handcrafted rings and memorial jewellery, made with care in Scotland.

Every piece is custom-made in our workshop using quality metals like Titanium, Black Zirconium, Damascus Steel, Stainless Steel, and Silver. We also specialise in incorporating cremation ashes, hair, or fur into bespoke memorial pieces.

Getting the Right Size
We know buying a ring online can feel daunting, so we make it simple:

A free ring sizer is sent within 3 business days of your order.

Not ready yet? We can hold your order until you confirm your size.

You can also visit your local jeweller for an internal measurement of the best fit or check our Ring Size Guide for advice.

Tip: Sending us an existing well-fitting ring is another accurate option.

Handmade, Not Mass-Produced
Every ring is made from scratch in our Scottish workshop, we never dropship, buy in bulk and use lesser materials or mass-produce. Follow us on Facebook or Instagram to see behind-the-scenes videos of the process.

Personalised Engraving
Make it truly yours with free engraving on most rings and pendants:

Names, initials, or dates

Roman numerals, emoji or symbols

Short messages

Even handwriting from a loved one

Our standard font is Gabriola, but we’re happy to use others by request.

Memorial Jewellery & Sending Ashes
When you order memorial jewellery, we’ll send a free ashes kit within 3 business days. It includes:

Measuring spoon

Secure ashes bag

Prepaid tracked return envelope (UK only)

We use Royal Mail Tracked 24 for secure delivery both ways. Once we receive your ashes, your piece is usually ready within 14–16 days.

Can I Use Hair or Fur Instead of Ashes?
Yes. We can incorporate hair or pet fur. In some designs it may not be visible – contact us for the best options.

Caring for Your Jewellery
To keep your piece looking its best:

Avoid harsh chemicals

Remove before swimming, showering, or heavy work

Clean with a soft cloth

Store in a dry, padded box when not worn

Shipping & Delivery

UK Orders: Free via Royal Mail Tracked, with tracking details emailed on dispatch.

Can I Track My Order?
Yes. All UK and most international orders are tracked and insured. Your tracking number will be emailed once your jewellery is dispatched.

Do You Accept Returns?
As each piece is custom-made, we cannot accept returns for incorrect sizes. That’s why we provide a free ring sizer and guidance before making your ring. For full details, see our Store Policies.
