True North Forge – Shipping Policy

At True North Forge, we are committed to delivering your handcrafted jewellery safely and efficiently. Please read our shipping policy for details on processing times, delivery options, and international shipping.

1. Processing Times
Each piece of jewellery is handmade to order, ensuring the highest quality craftsmanship. Our standard production times are:

Handmade jewellery – around 16 days from order to completion.
Memorial jewellery and Superconductor rings – may require additional time due to the complexity of the materials.
Ring size confirmation – if we are waiting for your ring size, this may add up to 7 extra days.

Once your order is complete, it will be dispatched promptly with Royal Mail.

2. UK Shipping
We offer free UK shipping on all orders.

Standard UK delivery is sent with Royal Mail Tracked Delivery. Estimated delivery is 1–2 days after dispatch and all parcels include tracking.

Express UK delivery is available at checkout. This provides a guaranteed delivery within 7 days of completion. For memorial jewellery and Superconductor rings, 7 days is not always possible but we will complete and ship as quickly as we can.

3. International Shipping
We ship worldwide using Royal Mail International Tracked Service.

Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on destination. Delivery times vary but usually take 5–14 business days after dispatch.

Buyers are responsible for import duties, taxes, or customs fees set by their country. We are not responsible for delays caused by customs.

4. Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Shipments
We take care to ensure your jewellery arrives safely.

If your parcel has not arrived within 10 business days (UK) or 30 business days (International), please email us at hello@TrueNorthForge.co.uk and we will work with Royal Mail to investigate.

If your order arrives damaged, please send clear photos of the packaging and item within 48 hours. We insure all shipments and will claim through Royal Mail.

5. Tracking Your Order
Every order includes a Royal Mail tracking number. This will be emailed once your jewellery has been dispatched. You can track your parcel on the Royal Mail website or through your local postal service.

6. Special Requests
If you need your jewellery by a specific date, contact us at hello@TrueNorthForge.co.uk before ordering. We will always do our best to help.
