Stainless Steel Court Shape Ring

A classic Court shape, made from solid 316L Sheffield Stainless Steel and available in your choice of polished, satin or blasted finish.

The Court profile has a gently rounded outer surface with a curved interior, creating the traditional shape most commonly associated with a wedding ring. Its simple form allows the finish to completely change its character, from bright and reflective to softly muted or distinctly textured.

Handmade to order by Graeme in our Scottish workshop, each ring is individually made to your chosen size, width and finish.

Court Profile

The Court is a traditional rounded ring shape, with a gently domed outer surface and curved interior.

Its softer profile creates a classic appearance while remaining comfortable for everyday wear. If you prefer a straighter, more contemporary shape, our Flat Stainless Steel Ring offers the same finish choices with a flat outer profile.

A Slim Court version is also available for those who prefer a narrower, lighter-looking band.

Your Choice of Finish

Choose from polished, satin or blasted finish, each giving the same Stainless Steel Court ring a distinctly different appearance.

Polished has a smooth, bright and highly reflective surface, giving the Stainless Steel its most traditional appearance.

Satin / Matte has a softer, muted surface with considerably less reflection, creating a more understated finish.

Blasted has a fine, uniform texture that diffuses light across the surface. This creates a deeper, darker grey appearance than satin with very little reflection, giving the ring a more distinctive matte character.

Like all metals, Stainless Steel will naturally develop surface marks through everyday wear. Satin and blasted finishes generally disguise these more readily than a highly polished surface.

Crafted to Endure

The Court ring is made from high-quality 316L Sheffield Stainless Steel, chosen for its strength, corrosion resistance and suitability for everyday wear.

Stainless Steel has a reassuring weight on the hand and offers excellent durability while requiring very little maintenance. It will not tarnish and is highly resistant to rust and corrosion under normal everyday conditions.

Handmade to Order

Every Stainless Steel Court Ring is handmade by Graeme in our Scottish workshop and made specifically to your chosen size, width and finish.

Available in sizes up to Z+6, including half sizes.

Engraving can be added to the inside of the band if selected.

Care

Stainless Steel requires very little maintenance. Clean your ring occasionally using mild soap and warm water before drying thoroughly with a soft cloth.

Avoid harsh chemicals and abrasive cleaning products, particularly across polished or textured finishes.

Ordering & Making Your Ring

What is the best alternative metal for a wedding ring?

There is no single best metal. It depends on your preference for weight, finish and appearance. Titanium is extremely lightweight, Damascus Steel features unique layered patterns, Black Zirconium offers a deep black finish and Stainless Steel provides strength with a classic silver tone. You can compare all options in our Alternative Metal Wedding Rings Guide.

What is the thickness of the ring?

Our rings are crafted with an approximate thickness of 2 mm. This provides a balanced feel that is substantial enough for durability while remaining comfortable for everyday wear. Each ring is shaped and finished by hand, so there may be very slight variations, but all are designed to maintain a consistent and comfortable profile.

How can I check my size before ordering?

There are several ways to confirm your size: you can be measured at any jeweller and ask for the internal diameter, order a ring gauge yourself and let us know the result, use a ring that already fits and send it to us, or request one of our free ring sizers at checkout.
We’ll confirm any sizing details with you before we begin

What happens after I place my order?

How long does it take to make a ring?

Most rings are ready within 2–3 weeks, but we recommend allowing 4 weeks before your wedding. Need it faster? Just let us know.

Is engraving included?

Engraving is always free. We can add names, dates, or even your own handwriting inside your wedding ring. To know more about handwriting engraving, take a look at this blog. . If the option is showing on the product listing, it is engravable.

Who actually makes my ring?

Every ring is made to order in our Scottish workshop by hand by Graeme, or G as he is known. We don’t outsource production or hold bulk stock. Your ring is crafted individually once your order is placed, then finished, checked and prepared for dispatch.
