The Lumo – UV Glow Ring
Bold by day, electric by night. The Lumo is a ring that shifts with the light, combining a clean modern profile with a vivid UV-reactive inlay that transforms in darkness. Subtle in normal lighting and most visible in darkness after exposure to sunlight or UV light. it offers something unexpected without losing refinement.
Available in your choice of Stainless Steel or Titanium, the Lumo is designed for everyday wear while allowing you to personalise the look through your chosen glow colour, profile and finish.
Glow colour options
Blue
A deep ocean blue by day that transforms into an intense electric blue glow under UV light.
Lime
A rich green in daylight that glows vivid neon green once activated.
Sunset
A bold fuchsia tone by day with a softer peach glow under UV.
Zing
A bright lemon yellow that transforms into a vivid neon yellow glow.
Crafted to endure
The Lumo is available in either premium 316L Stainless Steel or Titanium.
316L Stainless Steel offers excellent durability, corrosion resistance and everyday strength, making it well suited to long-term wear.
Titanium provides the same resilience in a lighter weight metal, offering exceptional comfort alongside high corrosion resistance and hypoallergenic properties.
Both metals are chosen for their strength, stability and suitability for everyday life.
A modern glow
At the centre of each ring, a fine 1mm or upgraded 2mm statement channel is carefully hand-filled using high-grade UV glow powder before being sealed beneath a clear, durable finish. The result is a smooth surface with a subtle glow effect that becomes most visible in darkness after exposure to sunlight or UV light.
Each ring can be customised through your choice of ring profile, including court, flat, central inlay or offset inlay styles, alongside polished or satin finish options.
Handmade to order
Every Lumo ring is handmade by Graeme in our Scottish workshop and crafted specifically to your chosen size.
You can personalise your ring through your choice of metal, glow colour, profile, finish and engraving.
Engraving can be added to the inside of the band.
Care
Your ring requires only simple care. Occasional cleaning with mild soap and water and drying with a soft cloth will keep it looking its best.

What is the best alternative metal for a wedding ring?
There is no single best metal. It depends on your preference for weight, finish and appearance. Titanium is extremely lightweight, Damascus Steel features unique layered patterns, Black Zirconium offers a deep black finish and Stainless Steel provides strength with a classic silver tone. What is the thickness of the ring?
Our rings are crafted with an approximate thickness of 2 mm. This provides a balanced feel that is substantial enough for durability while remaining comfortable for everyday wear. Each ring is shaped and finished by hand, so there may be very slight variations, but all are designed to maintain a consistent and comfortable profile.
How can I check my size before ordering?
There are several ways to confirm your size: you can be measured at any jeweller and ask for the internal diameter, order a ring gauge yourself and let us know the result, use a ring that already fits and send it to us, or request one of our free ring sizers at checkout.

What happens after I place my order?
After you order, we review your details and begin crafting your ring. If anything needs clarifying, we’ll contact you directly. Once complete, your ring is carefully packaged and sent via tracked UK delivery. You’ll receive tracking details as soon as it’s dispatched.
How long does it take to make a ring?
Most rings are ready within 2–3 weeks, but we recommend allowing 4 weeks before your wedding. Need it faster? Just let us know.
Is engraving included?
Engraving is always free. We can add names, dates, or even your own handwriting inside your wedding ring. To know more about handwriting engraving, take a look at this blog. . If the option is showing on the product listing, it is engravable.
Who actually makes my ring?
Every ring is made to order in our Scottish workshop by hand by Graeme, or G as he is known. We don’t outsource production or hold bulk stock. Your ring is crafted individually once your order is placed, then finished, checked and prepared for dispatch.
What are your return policies?
Because each ring is made to order in your chosen size and finish, returns are not available once production begins. We provide a complimentary ring sizer before crafting to ensure a confident fit.
