How Our Ashes Collection Kit Works

When you order a piece of memorial jewellery from us, we send you a free Ashes Collection Kit to make the process as simple and gentle as possible. We know this step can feel daunting, so our kit is designed to guide you through it with ease and reassurance.

What’s Inside the Kit

Each kit includes a small spoon, a labelled bag, clear written instructions, and a prepaid return envelope. Everything is packaged carefully so you have what you need to return a tiny amount of ashes to us safely.

How Much to Send

Only a very small amount is required for each piece of jewellery, usually just a pinch with the spoon provided. It’s often far less than people expect. Once sealed in the bag, place it inside the prepaid envelope ready to post back to us.

When Your Kit Returns to Us

As soon as your kit arrives, we carefully log it with your order details and store it securely. We only ever use what is needed to create your piece. Any remaining ashes are respectfully labelled and returned to you alongside your finished jewellery.

How We Use the Ashes

All of our memorial jewellery is made with hand-mixed resin. The ashes (or hair, where chosen) are placed within the resin and sealed inside your chosen design. Every step is completed by hand in our workshop, and each order is kept entirely separate to ensure your loved one’s remains are always safe.
