Ashes Handled with Care: Our Promise to You

Ashes Handled with Care: Our Promise to You

When you choose True North Forge to create a memorial piece, you’re placing something incredibly precious in our hands — and we never take that for granted.

Whether it’s ashes from a beloved family member, a cherished friend, or a much-loved pet, we want you to know exactly how we handle every part of the process: with the same care, respect, and dignity we’d want for our own loved ones.

From the Moment Ashes Arrive

As soon as your ashes arrive with us (always tracked via Royal Mail), we carefully log your parcel, confirm your order details, and assign it a secure and labelled space in our dedicated memorials studio.

Only one order is worked on at a time — ensuring there’s never any mix-up, and nothing is rushed.

A Gentle, Thoughtful Process

We don’t just make jewellery. We craft a tribute — something meaningful, lasting, and entirely yours.

Ashes are set into your piece by hand, with beautiful options like visible or hidden settings.

If you’ve chosen engraving, we double-check spellings and positioning before we inscribe.

Everything is done in-house. Nothing is outsourced. Nothing is rushed.

Returning Home

Once your piece is finished, we package it securely and beautifully. You’ll receive a tracking number when it’s on the way back to you — ready to be worn, cherished, or gifted.

Any unused ashes are returned, unless you decide to add a Framed Resin Heart, there we will add all or most of the ashes into it.

You're Not Just a Customer

We’ve walked alongside families grieving the unimaginable. We’ve cried with you. And we’ve felt honoured every time someone chooses us.

This is more than jewellery. It’s a memory. A bond. A story.
