This beautiful keepsake frame is thoughtfully designed to complement your memorial piece, serving as a lasting tribute to your loved one. Made from solid wood, the frame measures 10.6cm x 10.6cm, with internal dimensions of 7.5cm x 7.5cm. At its centre is a handcrafted resin heart (3cm x 3cm), custom made using the same coloured resins as your memorial jewellery. You have the option to choose either hidden or visible ashes within the resin heart, allowing you to personalise this special piece to your preference.
The frame itself is highly versatile—it comes with a wall hanging fixture on the back for easy display, but it can also stand freely on a shelf, mantelpiece, or table.

If you choose to add this keepsake frame to your order, please be aware that we will need a larger quantity of ashes than usual. Full instructions and guidelines will be included in your free ashes collection kit, ensuring a smooth process. The kit will provide all necessary tools, such as a measuring spoon and a secure bag for the ashes, along with a prepaid return label for convenience. Once we receive the ashes, your frame will be handcrafted with care and delivered within 16 days.

How do I send ashes to you?
After you place your order and click to add an Ashes Collection Kit, we’ll post it out within 4 business days. The kit includes everything you need, and return delivery is pre-paid and tracked for peace of mind.
Can I send hair, fur or fabric instead of ashes?
Yes, absolutely. Many families choose to include hair, fur or small pieces of material. Just send them inside the kit we send
I’m worried about sending something so precious, is it safe?
Every kit we send and receive uses fully tracked delivery, both ways. We’ve never lost an item, and we treat every inclusion with the utmost care.
How long does it take to receive my memorial jewellery?
Once we receive your inclusions, most orders are completed within 2 weeks. If you need it sooner, just let us know, we’ll always do our best to help.
What happens if you have ashes or hair left over?
We only ever use a very small amount in your jewellery. Any ashes, hair or fabric that aren’t needed will be safely returned to you with your finished piece.
Can I personalise my jewellery?
Yes. Every piece is handmade to order and can be personalised with resin colours, sparkles or opals. We can also engrave names, messages, or even your loved one’s handwriting inside the ring or pendant and it’s always free of charge.
