Some memories deserve a place you can return to every day. Our Large Silver Heart Memorial Necklace offers a beautifully simple way to keep a small amount of your loved one's ashes close, within a heart that can be personalised to reflect them.
The pendant is made from 925 silver with a solid backing and a generous memorial setting measuring approximately 15 × 13mm. An 18-inch chain is included.
A heart made personal
Choose your preferred colour and finish, and decide whether you would like the ashes to remain visible or discreetly hidden within the memorial inlay.
Katie carefully hand-lays your supplied ashes into the setting in our Scottish workshop and seals the inlay with care. Each memorial is personal, and we understand how much trust it takes to send something irreplaceable to us.
Engraving on the reverse
The back of the heart can be personalised with several engraved words at no extra charge. If you have a handwritten message or name you would like reproduced, please contact us so we can check that it will work within the available space.
Sending your ashes
We'll send you a complimentary ashes collection kit, including a measuring spoon, secure bag and prepaid return label, to help you send a small amount of ashes safely to our workshop.
Care
Gently clean the silver with a suitable silver polishing cloth and wipe the memorial setting with a soft cloth. Avoid prolonged contact between the resin and water, perfume, chemicals or excessive heat.

How do I send ashes to you?
After you place your order and click to add an Ashes Collection Kit, we’ll post it out within 4 business days. The kit includes everything you need, and return delivery is pre-paid and tracked for peace of mind.
Can I send hair, fur or fabric instead of ashes?
Yes, absolutely. Many families choose to include hair, fur or small pieces of material. Just send them inside the kit we send
I’m worried about sending something so precious, is it safe?
Every kit we send and receive uses fully tracked delivery, both ways. We’ve never lost an item, and we treat every inclusion with the utmost care.
How long does it take to receive my memorial jewellery?
Once we receive your inclusions, most orders are completed within 2 weeks. If you need it sooner, just let us know, we’ll always do our best to help.
What happens if you have ashes or hair left over?
We only ever use a very small amount in your jewellery. Any ashes, hair or fabric that aren’t needed will be safely returned to you with your finished piece.
Can I personalise my jewellery?
Yes. Every piece is handmade to order and can be personalised with resin colours, sparkles or opals. We can also engrave names, messages, or even your loved one’s handwriting inside the ring or pendant and it’s always free of charge.
