This Pandora-style heart charm is a subtle and beautiful way to carry the memory of someone special with you — whether worn on a bracelet or kept close on a chain. Compact but meaningful, it’s designed to fit most charm bracelets, including Pandora-style ones.
The charm can be filled with ashes, hair, fur, or a small piece of fabric, set into your choice of resin colour with visible or hidden inlay. You can also add crushed opals for a soft shimmer.
The back of the charm can be engraved with up to three words, such as a name, date, or short phrase of love.

How do I send ashes to you?
After you place your order, we’ll post out a secure ashes kit with everything you need, within 4 business days. Return delivery is pre-paid and tracked for peace of mind.
Can I send hair, fur or fabric instead of ashes?
Yes, absolutely. Many families choose to include hair, fur or small pieces of material. Just send them inside the kit we send
I’m worried about sending something so precious, is it safe?
Every kit we send and receive uses fully tracked delivery, both ways. We’ve never lost an item, and we treat every inclusion with the utmost care.
How long does it take to receive my memorial jewellery?
Once we receive your inclusions, most orders are completed within 2 weeks. If you need it sooner, just let us know, we’ll always do our best to help.
What happens if you have ashes or hair left over?
We only ever use a very small amount in your jewellery. Any ashes, hair or fabric that aren’t needed will be safely returned to you with your finished piece.
Can I personalise my jewellery?
Yes. Every piece is handmade to order and can be personalised with resin colours, sparkles or opals. We can also engrave names, messages, or even your loved one’s handwriting inside the ring or pendant and it’s always free of charge.
