A simple heart can hold an extraordinary amount of meaning. Our Small Heart 9ct Gold Memorial Necklace offers a personal way to carry a small amount of your loved one's ashes close, within a timeless gold design.
The heart-shaped pendant measures approximately 19 × 13mm and is made from hallmarked 9ct gold, with hallmarking carried out at the Birmingham Assay Office. An 18-inch chain is listed with this design.

Katie carefully hand-lays your supplied ashes into the heart's memorial setting in our Scottish workshop, then seals the inlay with care. Each piece holds a small, personal connection to someone important, and we know how much trust it takes to send those ashes to us.
The heart is understated enough to wear close every day, while carrying a meaning that belongs entirely to you.
Sending your ashes
After ordering, we'll send you a complimentary ashes collection kit with a measuring spoon, secure bag and prepaid return label. Only a small amount is needed, and we'll treat the ashes you send with sensitivity and respect.
Care and delivery
Gently clean the gold with a soft jewellery cloth and wipe the memorial setting with a soft cloth. Avoid prolonged exposure of the resin inlay to water, perfumes, chemicals and excessive heat. Free UK delivery is included.

How do I send ashes to you?
After you place your order and click to add an Ashes Collection Kit, we’ll post it out within 4 business days. The kit includes everything you need, and return delivery is pre-paid and tracked for peace of mind.
Can I send hair, fur or fabric instead of ashes?
Yes, absolutely. Many families choose to include hair, fur or small pieces of material. Just send them inside the kit we send
I’m worried about sending something so precious, is it safe?
Every kit we send and receive uses fully tracked delivery, both ways. We’ve never lost an item, and we treat every inclusion with the utmost care.
How long does it take to receive my memorial jewellery?
Once we receive your inclusions, most orders are completed within 2 weeks. If you need it sooner, just let us know, we’ll always do our best to help.
What happens if you have ashes or hair left over?
We only ever use a very small amount in your jewellery. Any ashes, hair or fabric that aren’t needed will be safely returned to you with your finished piece.
Can I personalise my jewellery?
Yes. Every piece is handmade to order and can be personalised with resin colours, sparkles or opals. We can also engrave names, messages, or even your loved one’s handwriting inside the ring or pendant and it’s always free of charge.
