Small Heart Silver Memorial Necklace for Ashes
A small solid Silver heart designed to hold a deeply personal memorial close.
The Small Heart Memorial Necklace is made from solid 925 Sterling Silver and features a discreet setting for a small amount of ashes. Measuring approximately 20mm x 13mm, its simple polished heart design makes it easy to wear every day while keeping the memorial itself as visible or as private as you choose.
Your memorial can be personalised with your chosen colour, optional sparkle and either visible or hidden ashes. A single word can also be engraved on the reverse of the heart.
An 18-inch Sterling Silver chain is included.
Your Memorial Inlay
A small amount of ashes is carefully placed by Katie into the memorial setting and securely sealed beneath clear jewellery-grade resin.
Choose your preferred colour and whether you would like additional sparkle incorporated into the finished setting.
Because every set of ashes is naturally different and each memorial setting is completed individually, every finished necklace will have its own appearance.
Visible or Hidden Ashes
Choose whether you would like the ashes to form a visible part of the finished design or remain discreetly hidden within the necklace.
Visible ashes allow small natural fragments to be seen within your chosen colour and finish.
For a more private memorial, choose hidden ashes and they will be incorporated discreetly so that the necklace can be worn without the memorial material being visible.
Only a very small amount of ashes is required. Anything we do not use will always be returned to you with your finished necklace.
Sterling Silver
The heart is made from solid 925 Sterling Silver and polished to a bright finish.
At approximately 20mm x 13mm, it is a smaller memorial pendant designed to sit comfortably on the neckline without feeling overly large or heavy.
An 18-inch Sterling Silver chain is included.
Personal Engraving
The reverse of the heart can be engraved with a single word.
A name, date or short word with personal meaning can be added to create another discreet detail that is entirely your own.
Sending Ashes to Us
Once your order has been placed, we will send you an ashes collection kit containing everything needed to safely send a small amount of ashes to our Scottish workshop.
Your kit includes a measuring spoon, secure bag and prepaid Royal Mail return label.
Once your ashes arrive safely with us, we can begin creating your memorial setting.
Personalised in Scotland
Each Small Heart memorial setting is individually completed by Katie in our Scottish workshop.
Your ashes are carefully incorporated with your chosen colour and finish before being securely sealed within the setting.
We understand the importance of what you are entrusting to us and handle every set of ashes with care throughout the process.
Our usual making time is approximately 14 days from receiving your ashes.
Care
Sterling Silver will naturally develop a patina over time and can be gently cleaned using a suitable silver polishing cloth.
To protect the memorial setting, avoid prolonged exposure to water, perfumes, chemicals and excessive heat. Clean the resin area gently with a soft cloth and avoid abrasive cleaning products.

How do I send ashes to you?
After you place your order and click to add an Ashes Collection Kit, we’ll post it out within 4 business days. The kit includes everything you need, and return delivery is pre-paid and tracked for peace of mind.
Can I send hair, fur or fabric instead of ashes?
Yes, absolutely. Many families choose to include hair, fur or small pieces of material. Just send them inside the kit we send
I’m worried about sending something so precious, is it safe?
Every kit we send and receive uses fully tracked delivery, both ways. We’ve never lost an item, and we treat every inclusion with the utmost care.
How long does it take to receive my memorial jewellery?
Once we receive your inclusions, most orders are completed within 2 weeks. If you need it sooner, just let us know, we’ll always do our best to help.
What happens if you have ashes or hair left over?
We only ever use a very small amount in your jewellery. Any ashes, hair or fabric that aren’t needed will be safely returned to you with your finished piece.
Can I personalise my jewellery?
Yes. Every piece is handmade to order and can be personalised with resin colours, sparkles or opals. We can also engrave names, messages, or even your loved one’s handwriting inside the ring or pendant and it’s always free of charge.
