Two precious memories, held within one heart. Our Split Heart 9ct Gold Memorial Necklace has two separate areas for memorial inclusions, offering a deeply personal way to remember two loved ones together.
Made from solid 9ct gold, the pendant is available in yellow, rose or white gold. Its central bezel measures approximately 11 × 15 × 2.5mm, and the pendant is hallmarked by the Edinburgh Assay Office.
Two spaces for remembrance
The divided design allows ashes from two loved ones to be held separately within one pendant. Each section is individually prepared with care. Katie hand-lays the supplied memorial ashes into the settings in our Scottish workshop and seals each inlay.
Whether you are remembering two people, two pets or two deeply personal connections, the heart brings those memories together without losing their individuality.
Personal engraving
Engraving of up to five words on the reverse is included at no extra charge. For handwriting engraving, please contact us before ordering so we can check the size and suitability of the lettering.
Sending your memorial ashes
We can guide you through sending a small amount of ashes safely to our workshop. If the ashes are from two loved ones, please keep them separate and clearly labelled so we know which inclusion belongs in each section.
We understand the trust involved in sending something irreplaceable and will handle every memorial with care.
Care
Gently polish the gold with a soft jewellery cloth and wipe the memorial settings with a soft cloth. Avoid prolonged exposure of the resin inlays to water, perfumes, chemicals or excessive heat.

How do I send ashes to you?
After you place your order and click to add an Ashes Collection Kit, we’ll post it out within 4 business days. The kit includes everything you need, and return delivery is pre-paid and tracked for peace of mind.
Can I send hair, fur or fabric instead of ashes?
Yes, absolutely. Many families choose to include hair, fur or small pieces of material. Just send them inside the kit we send
I’m worried about sending something so precious, is it safe?
Every kit we send and receive uses fully tracked delivery, both ways. We’ve never lost an item, and we treat every inclusion with the utmost care.
How long does it take to receive my memorial jewellery?
Once we receive your inclusions, most orders are completed within 2 weeks. If you need it sooner, just let us know, we’ll always do our best to help.
What happens if you have ashes or hair left over?
We only ever use a very small amount in your jewellery. Any ashes, hair or fabric that aren’t needed will be safely returned to you with your finished piece.
Can I personalise my jewellery?
Yes. Every piece is handmade to order and can be personalised with resin colours, sparkles or opals. We can also engrave names, messages, or even your loved one’s handwriting inside the ring or pendant and it’s always free of charge.
