Deveron Slim Hammered Stainless Steel Ring
The Deveron Slim combines a narrow Stainless Steel band with an individually hammered surface, creating a finer version of one of our most distinctive textured designs.
Each ring is hammered by hand, leaving a naturally irregular pattern of small facets across the surface. These catch the light differently as the ring moves, giving the Deveron its characteristic texture without the heavier proportions of a standard-width hammered ring.
Made from solid 316L Sheffield Stainless Steel and handmade to order by Graeme in our Scottish workshop, no two Deveron rings will have exactly the same surface pattern.
Individually Hammered
The defining feature of the Deveron is its hand-hammered surface.
Rather than creating a perfectly uniform texture, the hammering leaves individual marks and facets across the Stainless Steel. Their size, position and depth naturally vary around the ring, giving each one its own character.
On the Slim Deveron, the narrower band keeps the texture more subtle while still allowing the hammered surface to catch and reflect the light.
Slim Flat Profile
The Slim Deveron is made with a flat outer profile, giving the ring a straight, clean shape beneath the hammered surface.
Its narrower proportions create a more understated alternative to our standard Deveron Hammered Ring while retaining the same individually textured finish.
Your Choice of Finish
Choose between polished or satin finish.
A polished finish gives the raised facets of the hammered surface a brighter, more reflective appearance, creating stronger changes in light across the ring.
A satin finish softens the reflection and gives the Stainless Steel a more muted appearance while allowing the individual hammered marks to remain clearly visible.
Crafted to Endure
The Slim Deveron is made from high-quality 316L Sheffield Stainless Steel, chosen for its strength, corrosion resistance and suitability for everyday wear.
Stainless Steel offers excellent durability while requiring very little maintenance. It will not tarnish and is highly resistant to rust and corrosion under normal everyday conditions.
Like all metals, Stainless Steel will naturally develop surface marks through everyday wear. On a hammered ring, these tend to blend more readily into the existing textured surface than they would on a highly polished plain band.
Handmade to Order
Every Slim Deveron is handmade by Graeme in our Scottish workshop and made specifically to your chosen size and finish.
Available in sizes up to Z+6, including half sizes.
Engraving can be added to the inside of the band if selected.
Care
Stainless Steel requires very little maintenance. Clean your ring occasionally using mild soap and warm water before drying thoroughly with a soft cloth.
Avoid harsh chemicals and abrasive cleaning products that may alter the appearance of the finish.

What is the best alternative metal for a wedding ring?
There is no single best metal. It depends on your preference for weight, finish and appearance. Titanium is extremely lightweight, Damascus Steel features unique layered patterns, Black Zirconium offers a deep black finish and Stainless Steel provides strength with a classic silver tone. What is the thickness of the ring?
Our rings are crafted with an approximate thickness of 2 mm. This provides a balanced feel that is substantial enough for durability while remaining comfortable for everyday wear. Each ring is shaped and finished by hand, so there may be very slight variations, but all are designed to maintain a consistent and comfortable profile.
How can I check my size before ordering?
There are several ways to confirm your size: you can be measured at any jeweller and ask for the internal diameter, order a ring gauge yourself and let us know the result, use a ring that already fits and send it to us, or request one of our free ring sizers at checkout.

What happens after I place my order?
After you order, we review your details and begin crafting your ring. If anything needs clarifying, we’ll contact you directly. Once complete, your ring is carefully packaged and sent via tracked UK delivery. You’ll receive tracking details as soon as it’s dispatched.
How long does it take to make a ring?
Most rings are ready within 2–3 weeks, but we recommend allowing 4 weeks before your wedding. Need it faster? Just let us know.
Is engraving included?
Engraving is always free. We can add names, dates, or even your own handwriting inside your wedding ring. To know more about handwriting engraving, take a look at this blog. . If the option is showing on the product listing, it is engravable.
Who actually makes my ring?
Every ring is made to order in our Scottish workshop by hand by Graeme, or G as he is known. We don’t outsource production or hold bulk stock. Your ring is crafted individually once your order is placed, then finished, checked and prepared for dispatch.
What are your return policies?
Because each ring is made to order in your chosen size and finish, returns are not available once production begins. We provide a complimentary ring sizer before crafting to ensure a confident fit.
