Titanium Whisky Barrel Oak Inlay Ring

Titanium Whisky Barrel Oak Inlay Ring

£215.00

Handmade to order in Scotland. Ships in approximately 14 days. Free UK tracked delivery

Handmade to order in our Scottish workshop using premium alternative metals.

Crafted from Titanium and set with reclaimed whisky barrel oak, this ring brings together modern precision and a material shaped by time, use and tradition. Warm tones and natural grain give each piece a distinctive character, carrying subtle traces of its previous life.

The oak used in this ring is sourced from reclaimed whisky casks, where it has spent years maturing Kentucky Bourbon spirits before being repurposed into something lasting. Over time, the wood develops depth in both colour and texture, creating a material that feels rich, worn and naturally individual.

Each inlay is created using carefully prepared oak fragments, placed by hand into a fine 1 mm or  statement 2mm channel and sealed beneath a clear, durable resin. The surface is polished smooth, while the natural grain and tonal variation remain visible beneath, creating depth without losing refinement. If you are looking for a version with gold accents, you can find it here.

Titanium is chosen for its strength, lightweight feel and resilience. It is hypoallergenic, corrosion resistant and designed for everyday wear, offering durability without unnecessary weight.

No two rings will ever be identical. The natural variation within the oak ensures each piece carries its own pattern, tone and subtle character.

Every ring is handmade to order by Graeme in our Scottish workshop and crafted specifically to your chosen size. You can personalise your ring with your preferred width, finish and engraving.

Your ring requires only simple care. Occasional cleaning with mild soap and water, followed by drying with a soft cloth, will keep it looking its best.

All UK orders include free tracked delivery and a complimentary ring sizer so we can confirm the perfect fit before crafting begins.

Ordering & Making Your Ring

What is the best alternative metal for a wedding ring?

There is no single best metal. It depends on your preference for weight, finish and appearance. Titanium is extremely lightweight, Damascus Steel features unique layered patterns, Black Zirconium offers a deep black finish and Stainless Steel provides strength with a classic silver tone. You can compare all options in our Alternative Metal Wedding Rings Guide.

What is the thickness of the ring?

Our rings are crafted with an approximate thickness of 2 mm. This provides a balanced feel that is substantial enough for durability while remaining comfortable for everyday wear. Each ring is shaped and finished by hand, so there may be very slight variations, but all are designed to maintain a consistent and comfortable profile.

How can I check my size before ordering?

There are several ways to confirm your size: you can be measured at any jeweller and ask for the internal diameter, order a ring gauge yourself and let us know the result, use a ring that already fits and send it to us, or request one of our free ring sizers at checkout.
We’ll confirm any sizing details with you before we begin

What happens after I place my order?

After you order, we review your details and begin crafting your ring. If anything needs clarifying, we’ll contact you directly. Once complete, your ring is carefully packaged and sent via tracked UK delivery. You’ll receive tracking details as soon as it’s dispatched.

How long does it take to make a ring?

Most rings are ready within 2–3 weeks, but we recommend allowing 4 weeks before your wedding. Need it faster? Just let us know.

Is engraving included?

Engraving is always free. We can add names, dates, or even your own handwriting inside your wedding ring. To know more about handwriting engraving, take a look at this blog. . If the option is showing on the product listing, it is engravable.

Who actually makes my ring?

Every ring is made to order in our Scottish workshop by hand by Graeme, or G as he is known. We don’t outsource production or hold bulk stock. Your ring is crafted individually once your order is placed, then finished, checked and prepared for dispatch.

What are your return policies?

Because each ring is made to order in your chosen size and finish, returns are not available once production begins. We provide a complimentary ring sizer before crafting to ensure a confident fit.
