Cannot fault the personal touch of the team. I requested a quick turn round in order to meet a deadline and it was met with ease. Beautifully packed and it was loved by the recipient. Personally, I would have liked the Teardrop a little bigger, perhaps a choice of sizes could be offered. It was just smaller than it appeared on site, but was loved by my sister.
