Made Together – Damascus Steel & Precious Metal Ring Pair
Two Damascus Steel rings, each individually designed and handmade together in our Scottish workshop.
This Made Together pair includes two standard-width Damascus Steel rings, each with its own 1mm precious metal inlay. The Damascus pattern, profile, width, finish, ring size, precious metal and engraving can be chosen independently for each ring.
Your rings can match completely, share the same precious metal or Damascus pattern, or be designed differently from one another.
Damascus Steel & Precious Metal
Each ring is handmade from layered Damascus Steel, creating the distinctive pattern that runs through the metal itself.
Our Damascus Steel is made from 316L and 304L Stainless Steels. Because the pattern is created through the layered construction of the material, every finished ring will have its own variation.
A 1mm channel is then created for the precious metal inlay, providing a clean line of contrast against the Damascus Steel.
Choose Each Ring Individually
Both rings can be configured separately, allowing each person to choose the combination that suits them.
Choose the Damascus pattern, profile, width and finish for Ring One, then make the same choices independently for Ring Two.
Your rings can share one or more details without needing to be identical.

Choose Your Precious Metals
Each ring has its own 1mm precious metal inlay.
Choose from Silver, Palladium, Platinum, 18ct Yellow Gold, 18ct Rose Gold or 18ct White Gold.
The two rings do not need to use the same metal. You can choose matching inlays or select a different precious metal for each ring.
The starting price includes a Silver inlay in both rings, with other precious metals available as upgrades.
Handmade Together
Both rings are handmade to order by Graeme in our Scottish workshop and made specifically to the sizes and specifications you choose.
Widths are available from 4mm to 8mm, with polished or satin finishes available for each ring.
Free inside engraving is available on both rings. When engraving is selected, the interior of the ring is polished before the engraving is added.

Choosing Your Ring Sizes
A free ring sizer will be sent before we begin making your rings, allowing both sizes to be confirmed before production.
We recommend using our ring sizer even if you already know your sizes, as ring width and profile can affect how a ring fits.
Care
Damascus Steel requires only simple care. Clean occasionally with mild soap and water and dry thoroughly with a soft cloth.
As with any regularly worn ring, the surface will naturally develop signs of wear over time.

What is the best alternative metal for a wedding ring?
There is no single best metal. It depends on your preference for weight, finish and appearance. Titanium is extremely lightweight, Damascus Steel features unique layered patterns, Black Zirconium offers a deep black finish and Stainless Steel provides strength with a classic silver tone. What is the thickness of the ring?
Our rings are crafted with an approximate thickness of 2 mm. This provides a balanced feel that is substantial enough for durability while remaining comfortable for everyday wear. Each ring is shaped and finished by hand, so there may be very slight variations, but all are designed to maintain a consistent and comfortable profile.
How can I check my size before ordering?
There are several ways to confirm your size: you can be measured at any jeweller and ask for the internal diameter, order a ring gauge yourself and let us know the result, use a ring that already fits and send it to us, or request one of our free ring sizers at checkout.

What happens after I place my order?
After you order, we review your details and begin crafting your ring. If anything needs clarifying, we’ll contact you directly. Once complete, your ring is carefully packaged and sent via tracked UK delivery. You’ll receive tracking details as soon as it’s dispatched.
How long does it take to make a ring?
Most rings are ready within 2–3 weeks, but we recommend allowing 4 weeks before your wedding. Need it faster? Just let us know.
Is engraving included?
Engraving is always free. We can add names, dates, or even your own handwriting inside your wedding ring. To know more about handwriting engraving, take a look at this blog. . If the option is showing on the product listing, it is engravable.
Who actually makes my ring?
Every ring is made to order in our Scottish workshop by hand by Graeme, or G as he is known. We don’t outsource production or hold bulk stock. Your ring is crafted individually once your order is placed, then finished, checked and prepared for dispatch.
What are your return policies?
Because each ring is made to order in your chosen size and finish, returns are not available once production begins. We provide a complimentary ring sizer before crafting to ensure a confident fit.
