Sadly my dad passed. I came across True North while looking for a memorial ring. I was confused about the base/opal colours. How they would look. I emailed and received a reply so quick. I then asked more questions as still a bit unsure. Again a fast reply. The ring pictures look great and looking forward to receiving it but the customer service within those first emails when I was an emotional mess is what secured the sale. Superb.

I was really pleased with how quick and easy the process was. The ring is really nice it feels very high quality. I really like there is a little bit of heft to it like it feels really solid. But isn't too heavy or bulky.
